WAGON TRAIN FOR ARKANSAS.—The steamer John Walsh left New Orleans, on the 5th, for Arkansas, with a large wagon train, horses, mules and camp equipage, for the 3d Regiment of Louisiana Infantry, commanded by Col. Hebert, and now en route for Fort Smith.  There were thirty-seven horses and one hundred mules among the lot.
