IMPRISONMENT OF BRITISH SUBJECTS—We find in the New Orleans Bee a card from Captain Henry N. Soria and Lieut. F. A. Johnson of the Race Guards relative to two alleged imprisonment cases, which lets in some light on that sort of thing.  They say “the Race Guards, like other companies of late, have been feeding a few valiant knights, who make a practice of receiving benefits in consideration of their going to the war!  And when the company is on the eve of departure, use their exertions to leave in search of a newly organizing company.”
