PRAISWORTHY AND PATRIOTIC—The Atlanta (Ga.) Intelligencer learns that it is the intention of the members of Congress and the Cabinet of the Provisional Government to imitate the example of Mr. Yancey, and pay into the common treasury the amount of their salaries during the war.  It is said that the principal office holders, who can afford it, intend to receive only half for the benefit of the volunteers.
