            We have received a copy of “A Tract for Churchmen,” on the question of State allegiance, containing a correspondence between W. T. Walthal, Esq., Mobile, Alabama, and Rt. Rev. __ Bishop (Potter) of Pennsylvania in relation to the position assumed by the seceded towards the United States.  It is spicy reading.
